Privacy Policy
What we collect
Photos you submit for authentication, the watch details you provide (brand, model, reference), and contact information you choose to share (such as your email address). Payments are handled by Stripe — we receive only the payment status and a reference, never your card details.
How we use it
Photos and watch details are used to perform the authentication you request. Contact details are used to send you the report and pilot updates you asked for. We do not sell personal data.
Research program submissions
Our replica research program is a separate, clearly-marked, opt-in flow. Submissions there — photos, the declared factory/version details, and the analysis result — are stored and used to improve our detection systems. This applies only to research-program submissions where you gave explicit consent; regular authentication submissions are not stored this way.
Retention
Submission photos are retained only as long as needed to deliver your report and improve authentication quality, and are deleted on request. Research-program submissions are retained until you request deletion (include your submission ID).
