Terms of Service
The service
Loupe provides AI-assisted screening opinions on watch authenticity. A Loupe report is an assessment based on the photos and details you provide — it is not a guarantee, certification, or substitute for physical inspection by a qualified watchmaker.
Fees
Consumer screenings are billed per analysis at the price shown at checkout. Trade plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Payments are processed by Stripe. If an analysis fails to run after payment, the charge is not consumed and can be used to retry.
Your submissions
You confirm you have the right to submit the photos you upload. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us the license needed to analyze them and deliver your report.
Limitations
Verdicts are probabilistic and depend on photo quality and coverage. Loupe is not liable for purchase decisions made on the basis of a screening report.
